The monthly fee for the basic plan is $99. This
includes a 10 user license with 100MB of storage
and 2GB of data transfer per month. For other

What does monthly fee include? Is there a separate
hosting fee? |
The monthly fee includes usage of the application for listing properties to show on your web site and also includes the hosting fee and the charges for the applicable data and email accounts as offered with the plan that you chose. There are no separate hosting or ISP charges. |

| Are there any setup charges? |
There are no
setup charges. However, there is an initial design
fee of $500.00 per site for customization of
pages and features. |

| What is included in the various plans offered? |
The basic plan
includes monthly hosting charges and initial
customization limited to certain elements of
the web site. It also includes setting up of
10 user accounts and their email addresses and
a choice of templates to choose from for your
web site design. Additional customizations are
at an added cost that will be determined based
on the nature of the customizations requested
by you. |

| What do you mean by choosing from a set of templates? |
At this time,
we have about 17 different designs to choose
from for your web site. Each design has been
created by our most competent designers who have
extensive experience designing web sites. As
part of the plans offered by us, you could choose
one design from these set of designs (templates)
and we can customize the logo and pages to suit
your needs. |

| What kind of customizations are included free of charge? |
The basic customizations
that are done as part of the initial design fee
are:
Including your logo in the web pages
Changing field names and values as per your
requirements
Changing of textual information in the web
pages
Basic graphic element changes such as changing
color or replacing images with images provided.

What kinds of customizations are categorized as paid
changes? |
The changes that require
redesign of programming effort such as:
Adding of new web pages that are in
addition to the set of pages that are part
of the template chosen
Adding or modification of images other than
basic touch-ups or color/size changes
If a completely new design template needs to
be created
New set of data elements need to be created
specific to your needs other than what can
be customized as part of the administrative
interface

| What if we already have a web site and domain name? |
We can map our version of
the web site designed for you under the same
domain name as you already have your web site
and move your existing email accounts over to
us if you so wish. |

| What does a 10 user license mean? How many POP email accounts can we get for a 10 user license? |
A 10 user license implies
that the system allows you to use 10 registered
users in the system in addition to the brokerage
administrator. These 10 users can be either brokers
or agents that you register for using in the
system. Likewise, a 25 user license implies 25
brokers or agents and so on. The number of users
that you subscribe for is the number of email
accounts that you will be provided with. So,
you will have the ability to request as many
email addresses as there are users that you subscribe
for. |

| Do we have to pay separately for each location if we have multiple offices? |
No. Not if there is only
one physical web site address (domain name) but
your people are distributed across multiple locations.
You pay separately for each location only if
you want a separate web site for each location.
In other words, if it just your agents/brokers
that have different addresses/phone numbers then
it can all be done as part of one web site and
you pay only monthly charges for one web site. |

does 2GB transfer rate mean? Does this mean we can
store 2GB of data per month? |
No. a 2GB transfer rate
strictly relates to the amount of data transferred
to and from your web site per month. This is
the data transferred with respect to the users
who visit your web site, not what you list or
the pictures you upload. |

| What
does 100MB storage mean? How does this relate to 2GB
data transfer? |
There is no relation between
the storage and data transfer. 100MB storage
means that 100MB is the upper limit of the amount
of data that your web site can have in terms
of web pages, listings, pictures and tours. |

| What kind of support is offered? |
Currently, the different
hosting plans offer email based support with
a turn-around time of 24-48 hours depending on
the type of support request. We plan on offering
a call-in support as the number of subscribers

| Does the fee include the domain registration charges? |
No. The domain registration
charges are separate from the fees that you pay
for hosting and service. You have the choice
of registering the domain with any registrar
of your preference. If you need help with finding
a registrar for your domain, we would be happy
to assist.
